CCSP雪花清洗系统

雪花清洗洗作为干冰清洗的一种形式，它具有设备稳定、容易控制、设备成本低等特点，受到广大用户的好评。它是利用二氧化碳的特性，将液态二氧化碳进行加压，在固液零界点进行释放，在喷嘴端形成雪花状的干冰，所以我们称它为雪花清洗，它和干冰清洗相比，减少了制冰的设备。

Snow cleaning is one type of the CO2 cleaning, it's popular because of stable equipment, easy to control and low investment, it is cleaning by high pressure of liquid co2 release suddenly and there will become the snow solid co2 and it will hit the parts by compressed air, because the co2 solid looks like the snow, so we call it snow cleaning.

雪花清洗的设备配置主要由二氧化碳储槽，增压设备，高压管路，清洗机等组成，如下图。

根据客户现场的需求不同，我们雪花清洗设备分为单喷嘴配置和多喷嘴配置，每个喷嘴可实现单独控制，并适合不同产量不同节拍时间的需求。

According to the customer's site situation, the snow cleaning system will has diffrent configuration, some is one nozzles and some is double nozzles, and each nozzle will hase it's control unit.
